                                                             [--snr-thresh SNR_THRESH]
                                                             --instruments
                                                             INSTRUMENTS
   
   generate a dt dphi covariance matrix and tree data to replace
   share/inspiral_dtdphi_pdf.h5
   
   optional arguments:
     -h, --help            show this help message and exit
     --snr-thresh SNR_THRESH
                           set the snr minimum to define found
     --instruments INSTRUMENTS
                           add instruments. Separate tham with comma, does not
                           have to be alphabetical.
