A program to listen to lvalerts, download the psd from gstlal gracedb events, plot it, and upload the results

   Options:
     -h, --help            show this help message and exit
     --skip-404            Skip events that give 404 (file not found) errors
                           (default is to abort).
     --gracedb-service-url=GRACEDB_SERVICE_URL
                           GraceDb service url to upload to (default:
                           https://gracedb.ligo.org/api/)
     --plot-glob-pattern=PLOT_GLOB_PATTERN
                           find plots matching these patterns on disk and upload
                           them to an event
     -v, --verbose         Be verbose.
