Generate PDFs of extrinsic parameters
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
--snr-thresh SNR_THRESH
set the snr minimum to define found
--output-file OUTPUT_FILE
set the output hdf5 file. Default extparams.h5
--instruments INSTRUMENTS
add instruments. Separate tham with comma, does not
have to be alphabetical.
--start START The first bin index to count
--stop STOP The last bin index to count
